FitnessMyntra know you are ordering products without looking or feeling the items & it’s our duty to provide 100% satisfaction. 

We ship items and cartons in India by our shipping partner. We ship all item insured, so there are no worries about items not arriving or arriving damaged. Shipment tracking is available for all courier and postal items.

We provide a raise a Return request with our customer care within 03 (Three) days from the delivery of the product, which applies to all products that fail to meet the product specifications or differ significantly from the product description. All product returns need to be accompanied with a return materials authorisation letter or email from us.

For orders sent via Courier, undelivered or unclaimed items will be returned to us automatically by the courier company. We strongly advise providing us with a daytime phone number to maximise the chances of a successful first delivery attempt. If the address is unattend  in such a case, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery. We can only deliver couriered items to billing addresses -PO Boxes are not allowed for courier delivery.


The customer can cancel the order for the product until we shipped it. Once the order gets shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation allowed in emergency case the order 10% cancellation chargers will be charge if you cancel the order.

Return & Refund

In the unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. We don’t take replacement or return( in case of emergency the courier charges will be bear by customer of both sides. You may raise a Return request with our  mail [email protected] within 03 (Three) days from the delivery of the product. We reserve the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to us after 3 days of delivery.

Note that the product should be return in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear. Please make an video while opening the Package for the “Proof”, so that in case you get any damage product inside the package then the video will be considered as a proof for the replacement process


No Return  No Exchange

Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges in any of our products. What if there is a dispute regarding returns? In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Haldwani jurisdiction only

Shipping and delivery policy

Please make sure you are entering the right address when you are booking any order if the shipment is being return back because of the incorrect address you have entered then you have to bear the shipping cost of the item and reverse shipping cost of the item. After deducting the shipping charges your amount will be refunded to you.
